Mr.Preniqi graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Pristina in 2004 . From August 2005, Mr. Preniqi started working in the former Ministry of Energy and Mines and held the positions Head of sector for energy policies and strategies. Now he is acting Head of the Energy Policy Division within the Ministry of Economy. He also participates in various organizations, conferences, and workshops that are organized by the Ministry, the Secretariat of the Energy Community, and other institutions related to the energy sector.

Altin Ramabaja
Altin Ramabaja, an architect by profession. Altin studied at RWTH Faculty of Architecture in Aachen. After his working experiences in China, USA, and Belgium, in 2010 he went back to Germany. In 2014 founded the office ARRA (today ARIP). Currently, ARIP Architekten has two offices, in Cologne and Pristina. A year ago, he founded a company (ARRA House) for the construction of modular and prefabricated houses, also particularly ecological, a project that emerged from multidisciplinary research.
Antje Müller
Antje Müller has been working for the German Eastern Business Association since 2008. She has been the programme director of the Zoran Djindjic Internship Programme of German Business for the Countries of the Western Balkans since 2014. Against this background, her work priorities are practice-oriented education and training, support of young professionals with and by companies, empowerment of regional networks as well as economic-political analysis of the partner countries. Prior to her engagement at the German Eastern Business Association, she worked in the fields of youth education and reconciliation as well as economic and political analysis of SEE in Berlin and Mostar, Bosnia and Hercegovina.
She has an MA in Eastern European Studies, Political Science and English Philology. Antje Müller is a member of the board of the Southeast Europe Association.
Antje Müller ist seit 2008 beim Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. tätig. Seit 2014 ist sie Programmdirektorin des Zoran Djindjic Stipendienprogramm der Deutschen Wirtschaft für die Länder des Westlichen Balkans. Damit verbunden sind insbesondere Themen wie praxisorientierte Aus- und Weiterbildung, die Förderung von Nachwuchskräften durch und mit der Wirtschaft, die Unterstützung von regionalen Netzwerken sowie die wirtschaftspolitische Analyse der Partnerländer. Vor ihrer Tätigkeit im Ost-Ausschuss arbeitete sie in vielfältigen Bereichen der Jugendbildung und Versöhnung sowie der wirtschaftlichen und politischen Analyse von Südosteuropa in Berlin und Mostar, Bosnien und Herzegowina.
Sie besitzt einen MA in Osteuropastudien, Politikwissenschaft und Englischer Philologie. Antje Müller ist Mitglied des Präsidiums der Südosteuropa Gesellschaft.

Technical Adviser at GIZ in Prizren started working for GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) in 2014 after having been working inter alia for the German Federal Foreign Office. Before joining the Innovation and Training Park Prizren and its Digital Transformation Center in 2021, he was based in Germany and Myanmar. Benjamin has a multidisciplinary academic background with university degrees from Berlin School of Economics and Law, European-University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder, and Global Business School Barcelona.
